The tarballs are up. I've tested them on:

	- freebsd
	- openbsd
	- 9front
	- linux
	- osx
	- netbsd

There are a couple of build fixes and bootstrap
cleanups  added since the tentative announcement.
The new tarballs are built at commit
cef2d4ebd48ab554330e49f8961547e05df47127.

If nobody complains about bugs, I'll announce the
release tomorrow.
