It's still June, so I didn't entirely lie. It took longer to put everything
together than anticipated, and while I was doing that, iriri put together code
to unfuck my OSX thread implementation, and improve the thread library in general,
so it was a delay well worth having.
I've put together the release notes. Tentatively, the release will be cut from
commit 8c96aa052a1c592f008660729384c9a44988d248. Please give it a shot, and
let me know if anything is broken for you.
