Apologies for the delay, but tying up the loose ends in migrating the site
took longer than expected. Things should be settled now on that front.

So, I've rolled a second candidate with all of the bug fixes that everyone
pointed out, and sent patches for, I verified that bootstraps are up to date
on all platforms, and I rolled what will ideally be the last tentative
release.

There's a new 0.2 branch for those of you running from git, or you can
download the tentative xzball from
