Libthread is on the way.

It's going to be imported after it's working on both OSX and Linux, and has a
few more concurrency primitives. I'd also like to get figure out thread local
storage.

Beware, libstd has no locking at the moment, so you'll need to lock around
allocations, dns resolution, and formatted printing. The rest should be fine.
