[feature wishl] stdin and stdout

First of all: you are very welcome to yell at me if this is the wrong place
to ask for a feature.

I recently started reading the sources of std and realized that there
is no way to easily access the files stdin and stdout.
But since Myrddin is a very unixy and plan9ish language, this
does not seem unimportant to me.

Because of this, I propose that a way of reading stdin and stdout directly
is introduced to the myrddin libraries.

P.S: I like the plan 9 support and the fact that the compiler is not self
hosting. You are doing a very good job here.
