I don't really get what you mean by *install root*.

But, yeah, I need to get back to that kernel. I stopped momentarily when
Pure64 wasn't working nicely with my IDT and never got around to trying to
fix it back up. Next, I'm going to try the Bochs debugger, since everyone
says it's so awesome and everything.
