Following up some discussion on IRC, I've merged this into master, since I think everyone agrees we want something along these lines, and it's far easier to experiment and see how code feels when it's availalbe by default. Depending on how we feel about it, we might flip it off for the 0.2 release. I'd like to tentatively use the 'develop on master, but disable unstable stuff for release' model going forward. -- Ori Bernstein
